Use thinner film for light, regular pallets and thicker film for heavy or sharp-cornered loads. Machine-grade film stretches 250–400%, so it covers more pallets per roll.
Wrap each item in air bubble or EPE foam, add polystyrene corners on edges, and fill empty space with air pillows so nothing can move.
Pack parts in VCI bags, VCI film or VCI paper and add silica gel to absorb moisture inside the container.
Fill gaps between pallets with air dunnage bags and lash loads with cord strap or ratchet belts.
